Your land, your planswork planned around what matters to you

Our approach

Tell us what you have in mind.
We’ll work out the details.

You know your land and what you’d like to change. We’ll listen, look at what’s there, and help you work out a plan that makes sense.

Show us where you want work done and what you want to keep. We’ll look at the ground, how equipment can get in, and what the job needs. We can plan mulching, rock milling, clearing, and roads on their own or together. That might mean opening hunting lanes, clearing along roads and utility lines, preparing firebreaks, or making your land easier to reach.

Oak & Stone Land Services handles land work. Our separate business, Oak & Stone Barndominiums, handles homes and buildings.

Our process

A simple start.
A plan we agree on.

Every property is different. Tell us what you want to change, and we’ll help you make a plan.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Tell us where the property is and which areas need attention.

  2. 02

    Review the property

We look at the ground, brush, rock, and equipment access, along with the trees and areas you want to keep.

  3. 03

    Agree on the work

We’ll agree on what to do, how the area should look, and when the work will happen.

  4. 04

    Complete the work

We’ll complete the work we agreed on and review the finished areas with you.
